How we work with you

Stage 1. Gathering information

After selecting a package, signing the cooperation agreement, and paying (in full or in part), the client provides materials relating to the project, including completion of the intake form provided.

Depending on the area, these may include:

• a description of the situation;
• information about candidates;
• details about the business;
• data on the properties;
• information about relocation countries;
• other materials required for the analysis.

If necessary, the team may request additional information.

Stage 2. The work of the council

Once all the necessary information is received, the specialists begin a comprehensive analysis of the project.

Each specialist examines the situation within their field of competence, after which the results are combined into a single expert opinion.

The team's primary task is to identify the opportunities, limitations, potential risks, and the most likely scenarios for how the situation may develop.

Stage 3. Preparing the opinion

Based on the analysis, the council's final opinion is prepared.

Depending on the selected package, it may include:

• the principal conclusions;
• a comparative analysis;
• an assessment of prospects;
• the identified risks;
• recommendations;
• possible development scenarios;
• an individual strategy for the way forward.

Stage 4. Ongoing support

For packages that include ongoing support, the council continues to work with the client after the opinion is delivered — explaining the results in detail, answering questions, and helping to interpret the recommendations in the context of the client's specific life situation.

During this period, the team helps to:

• assess situations as they arise;
• adjust the strategy;
• make new decisions;
• analyze changes in circumstances;
• support the implementation of the chosen plan of action.

Confidentiality

All information received in the course of a project is treated as strictly confidential.

Information is not shared with third parties without the client's written consent, except in cases provided for by applicable law.

Our approach

We do not make decisions for the client, and we do not guarantee future events. We create the conditions for a deeper understanding of the situation, helping a person make decisions that best fit their goals, values, and circumstances.

Our task is to provide an independent, comprehensive analysis, to reveal the possible scenarios, to set out the advantages and risks of the various options, and to help the client arrive at the most considered and informed decision.
